The Preliminary Strategic Plan for the Media Industries Strategy
Project represents a bold step forward in our drive to establish New
Mexico as a leading center for media arts and sciences. This plan --
and its rapid and effective implementation -- are a priority for my
administration and New Mexico’s economic development strategy.
I ask you to consider the overall vision it offers as a way to harness
our resources and energy statewide. If you have any comments,
questions, or suggestions, we’d like to hear them.
Time is of the essence; and a cooperative spirit of endeavor is equally
important if we are to achieve the ambitious goals embodied in this
